eCOA library and licensing

Find, license and implement eCOA instruments.

G.L.O.A.T. brings clinical outcome assessment instruments, author licensing and implementation-ready configuration files into one place, so study teams spend less time chasing paperwork.

  • Free to search and review
  • Licence tracking from request to active
  • Implementation-ready configuration files

The platform

One place to search, license and implement.

The library and the licensing workflow share a single instrument record, so what you find is what you license.

The Library

A curated catalogue of instruments with the details teams actually need.

  • Filter by therapeutic area, indication, COA type and author
  • Review copies, objectives and available languages on every instrument
  • Bookmark instruments and build shortlists for each project
  • See pre-validation status and linked publications for every instrument

Licensing

Request, track and receive author licences without leaving the platform.

  • Request a licence from the instrument page in one click
  • Follow every agreement from request to fully executed
  • Request translations under the licence and track each language
  • Download implementation-ready configuration files with your licence

How licensing works

From search to study in five steps.

Licence status is visible at every stage, so nobody has to ask where things stand.

  1. Find

Search the library and open the instrument you need.

  2. Request

Request a licence for your study. We work directly with the author.

  3. Agree

The licence agreement is drafted and signed by both parties.

  4. Receive

The executed licence and instrument files are delivered to your project.

  5. Implement

Download the configuration file and load it into your eCOA system.

Translation licensing

Every language, managed under the same licence.

Translations are requested against the licence that covers them, so each language has its own status track, its own dates and its own deliverables, without a second agreement.

One licence, every language
Request the languages your study needs from the licence itself. Each translation sits under the agreement that covers it.
A status track per language
Every translation moves from request through review rounds to delivery, with expected and actual dates on each step.
Review rounds with the vendor
Review rounds pass between the translation vendor and our team. Each hand-off is dated and delayed steps are flagged.
Deliverables you can audit
Screen reports, technical files and source files are recorded against each language. Existing validated translations skip straight to delivery.

Translations stay under your licence
